We are very pleased to welcome a new client Satori Acupuncture of Knoxville TN. Satori Acupuncture had in the last 6 months developed their own website using one of those discount website builders you here advertising. But owner Nikki Peoples discovered despite her best efforts the site would not appear on Google search or other search engines for anyone in the Knoxville area. As a brand new company competing with many that have been in the area for 10 years or more, there was a lot of concern that they would not develop their client base fast enough to survive.
So we converted the site completely over to a Joomla CMS framework retaining entirely Nikki's custom design features, layout and navigation. We fine tuned many things, but most importantly we commenced to make the website Search Engine Friendly. Removing some of the bad coding and several things that was giving the website black marks and inserting Search Engine Optimized content. We now also have commenced a 6 month Search Engine Optimization program to ensure the site will compete for the top listings ion Google and other search engines, in a very busy marketplace of Acupuncture and other Traditional Health services in the Knoxville area.
Take a look for yourself at Satori Acupuncture of Knoxville website and add yourself to the Satori Acupuncture Facebook page if you want.
The Bear Gap Outfitters at Lake Rabun took our latest offer of a "One Page Website Design" and recently launched their brand new website.
The website itself is still built with the great Joomla backend but the one page suited their needs exactly, whilst also allowing the opportunity to expand later if they feel they need to.
The "One Page Website Design" is the most cost effective and simplest way to get your online presence happening and what is important the websites work equally well on all hand held devices such as phones, tablets and mini tablets.
Check out Bear Gap Outfitters here.
The City of Helen have been clients now with Georgia Down Under Website Design for over a year and the redevelopment in 2013 included incorporation of a responsive design that will load equally well on all hand held devices as well as laptops and desktop monitors.
Included in the redevelopment of their website is a full maintenance and support package so the website remains current with news and staff can obtain prompt advice on how to keep the site up to date.
The development of the website took just over 4 weeks and continues to be fine tuned several times each month to suit the needs of the City, it's residents and business owners.
The website through the first year has averaged 800-1000 visitors a day and is one of the busiest in the North East Georgia region.

We recently produced a new website for the Mountain Gallery and Art Studio in Clarkesville Georgia. You can find it here at www.mountaingallery.net This development by Georgia Down Under Website Design incorporates many dynamic applications that gives the website a broad appeal to visitors. Showcased currently are fourteen local artists each having a gallery of completed work on display.
Also highlighted on the front page of the site is a dynamic presentation of three feature artists, Mountain Gallery owner David Horton, Judy Bynum George and one of the most well known Northeast Georgia artists John Kollock. (Fine art and prints from these artist are available from the Mountain Gallery which is just a few yards off the square in Clarkesville, Georgia.)
The website incorporates integration of social media applications like Facebook, Location Map & Directions all to a back drop of owners David Horton's artwork.
